Service Description
Quilling was popularised by the Victorians and examples can still be seen in the V&A. During this session, you will learn how to create basic shapes using strips of paper cut from scrap paper. Your tutor will demonstrate and you will get the opportunity 'quill-along' and ask questions. An email will be sent prior to the session to enable you to gather your resources - this introduction will only require very limited items. Paper bead making tutorials will also be available. Your tutor taught quilling for many years during her time as an adult education lecturer and many designs have been used in magazines. All Isle Be Creative workshops are designed to help us slow down and enjoy time to replenish our energy.
