Workshops:

 

In the event of same day cancellation or non-attendance, course fees are non-refundable. 

​

Deposits are non-refundable. I'm happy to transfer students -  just get in touch and see what we can do.

​

In the event that Isle be Creative has to cancel a course, you will be offered an appropriate alternative date but if this is not to your satisfaction, you will be refunded in full.

​

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the start of your class, if at all possible. Your tutor will be preparing your warm welcome.

​

Please ensure you wear suitable clothing - this is a working studio so do not wear your Sunday best! Open toed sandals are not permitted as this is a danger when working with glass.

​

Light refreshments will be provided but if you are attending a full day workshop, please bring a packed lunch.

​

Due to the ongoing Covid pandemic, we ask that you bring your own mask. Hand gel will be available at all times and we ask that you do not attend if you have any Covid symptoms. You will be given an alternative date for attendance when you are symptom free, providing you have contacted us before the start of the session.

If you have any specific disabilities or additional needs, please let us know so we can give you a safe and inclusive experience.

​

There is a ground floor toilet available but it will not accommodate a wheelchair.

​

All participants engage in our creative activities at their own risk. This is a busy working studio and is packed with resources. We cannot be held responsible for loss of or damage to personal possessions.
